Refunds, Financial Aid, Tax ID/EIN, and Receipts
We are excited to announce that our 2026 Financial Aid program will officially open on February 1st! We understand that the cost of camp may be a factor for some families, but we are here to help. Our financial aid program offers reduced prices for all pass types to qualifying families. We carefully consider each application, taking into account current income as well as the previous year’s income and family size. It’s important to note that income requirements may differ by state, as we want to ensure a fair and equitable process for all families.
Our financial aid passes work just like our regular passes, giving you access to all the same fun activities and opportunities at camp. However, please keep in mind that these passes are only valid for the calendar year and cannot be transferred or sold. Also, please note that acceptance into the 2026 program does not guarantee acceptance in future years.
For more information about the program and how to apply, please visit our website at the following link: https://sciencefactorycamp.com/financial-aid/. We are here to help make camp accessible for all families, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. We can’t wait to see you at camp!
We strive to make our refund process clear and efficient, ensuring families are reimbursed for any unused camp passes. Below is a guide to understanding how refunds work:

Original Payment Method: Typically completed within 10 business days after the refund is requested.
-
Paper Check: 4–6 weeks from the request date.

At our camps, we understand how important it is to accommodate dietary needs, especially allergies and sensitivities. We work closely with trusted vendors to modify lunch options for common restrictions such as gluten, dairy, and egg. For the safety of all campers, we never serve meals containing nuts or shellfish.
While we strive to maintain a safe food environment, please note that there is always a small risk of cross-contamination from external sources. For campers with severe, life-threatening allergies, we kindly ask that all food be brought from home and be ready-to-eat, as we do not have refrigeration or heating on-site.
We take severe allergies very seriously. To ensure safety, campers with severe allergies will not participate in food-related activities. For moderate allergies, our team will closely monitor and ensure they are not served any listed allergens.
