At Science Factory Camp, we aim to create experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every camper. Our team supports campers as they experiment, make mistakes, and try again—knowing that real learning happens during the process, not the outcome. When a child pauses, wonders why something didn’t work, and decides to give it another shot, we’re right there to support without taking over.
We’re looking for educators and problem-solvers who enjoy working with kids and asking “what if?” right alongside them.

Truly Hands-On
This isn’t a camp where staff quietly finish projects for kids. You’ll guide campers as they build, test, destroy, and try again. Your role is to empower, not take over.
Mistakes Are the Point
“Failure” is just data points. We celebrate experimentation, resilience, and creative problem-solving. You’ll help kids learn how to think, not what to think—and watch their confidence grow along the way.
Purposely Playful
Camp feels energetic, creative, and occasionally messy—but it’s thoughtfully designed. Our schedules balance labs, art, free-play, and low-screen tech to keep kids engaged and supported. It’s messy, but with intention.
Supportive Team
We believe great programs are built by great teams. Our staff are warm, enthusiastic, and collaborative—people who love learning, respect kids, and support one another. All backgrounds, identities, and learning styles are welcome here.
